Working with Councils throughout New Zealand to help Kiwis build their dream homes

Over 5,000 Building Inspections performed for Christchurch City Council and Queenstown Lakes District Council

What can ComplyNZ Do for you?

ComplyNZ provide councils throughout NZ with the support they need to quickly consent and sign-off safe, compliant houses so that every Kiwi can realise their dream home.

Our team of 17 Building Consent Processors apply the Building Code to approve consents for councils around the country. Our IANZ accredited system lets us work contracts with councils either in long term contracts or in the short term stepping in to help councils through busy periods.

With three full-time Building Inspectors and other team members with the skills and experience to step into the role, we are currently helping councils meet their inspections timelines. We have a team capable of working in both the residential and commercial fields.
